Core One-On-One Training

Your core is the center of your world.

It directs how you feel and how well you can recover from a situation that needs you to balance and from sickness.

Kathleen will take you through a series of fun and interesting tests to see how well your core works and where you need to refine it.

As a C.H.E.K. Practitioner for CORE training and a Metabolic Typing & Fitness Coach, she is prepared to start where you are and take you to where you want to go.
